Description

The Sacramento Century Challenge is the Rotary Club of Sacramento Foundations annul major fundraiser. This is our 11th year, having raised over $800,000 for our various beneficiaries. Our 2024 beneficiary is once again the Sacramento Children's Home Crisis Nursery which protects our communities most vulnerable children by offering a safe, supportive environment during times of crisis with two locations in Sacramento. The Crisis Nursery provides free, 24 hour emergency child care for children from birth to age five. The Crisis Nursery reduces incidents of child abuse and decreases family violence by offering a safe place for children and support services to adults. The Crisis Nursery spares children from trauma and strengthens families.
