AROSE's mission is to bridge the opportunity gap for Black and Brown youth in trauma-prone communities through post-secondary scholarships, support services, and community outreach initiatives.

A scholarship & youth development organization for Black and Brown youth from communities of trauma. We focus on bridging the opportunity gap through post-secondary scholarships, support services, and community outreach initiatives. We envision a world where scholars emerge from their traumas by elevating them to higher heights to become the next generation of leaders. As of 2024, AROSE has served over 2,300 youth and awarded $170,000 in scholarships to 34 scholars.
