Are you passionate about raising awareness around cyberbullying and mental health? he Neuro Health Alliance (NHA) invites you to submit a real story related to cyberbullying. It could be your own experience or someone else's, as long as the story is real. All identities will remain anonymous, but your voice can make a powerful difference. By sharing the story, you contribute to our educational initiatives. The story may be converted into videos for use in awareness campaigns, school programs, and research. For each accepted story, you can earn up to 4 medical volunteer hours based on its depth and completeness. Your story will help others understand the effects of cyberbullying while also contributing valuable insights for research. Join us in creating a safer, more understanding online community. A Simple Framework for Your Story We understand that sharing your story may be difficult. To help you, here’s a simple framework to guide you in creating a complete and impactful story. Use these steps: Introduction (Who and Where) The Event (What Happened) The Impact (How It Affected You or Others) Coping and Response (How You Handled It or Tried To) Outcome and Reflection (What Happened After and Lessons Learned) How to Participate: Write your story (feel free to use the framework above) and keep it under 200 words. Submit your anonymous story to: stop-cyberbullying@neurohealthalliance.org NHA reserves the right to convert the script into a video for educational purposes. Earn up to 4 medical volunteer hours for each accepted story, depending on its depth and completeness. You can submit multiple stories. Together, we make a difference.

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic Editor in Chief to oversee the review and publication of articles submitted by our team of Medical Writing volunteers. This volunteer role is critical in ensuring that all published content reflects the high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance that NHA upholds. In addition to editorial responsibilities, the Editor in Chief will also be responsible for implementing SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of these articles. Key Responsibilities: Editorial Oversight: Review, edit, and approve articles submitted by Medical Writing volunteers for publication on NHA’s platforms. Ensure that all articles are accurate, well-researched, and aligned with NHA’s mission and editorial guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to writers to help them improve their content and writing skills. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality across all articles. SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement SEO strategies specifically tailored to the articles published by the Medical Writing team. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for optimizing articles for search engines. Ensure that all articles are optimized for SEO, including the use of appropriate keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking. Monitor the performance of articles using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Medical Writing team and NHA leadership to plan and prioritize article topics that align with NHA’s goals and current initiatives. Identify opportunities to expand or update existing articles to keep content current and relevant. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the Medical Writing volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Organize and lead regular check-ins or editorial meetings with the writing team to discuss progress, challenges, and content ideas. Qualifications: Experience as an Editor in Chief, Senior Editor, or similar role, with a focus on medical or health-related content. Understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing articles for search engines. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to writers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple articles and deadlines. Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to NHA’s mission. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
