Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to assist in promoting, hosting, and organizing the Unshaken Empowerment Conference. This role is essential to ensure the success of the event and to provide an enriching experience for all attendees. Responsibilities: Promotion: Assist in spreading the word about the conference through social media, local community boards, and personal networks. Distribute flyers and promotional materials in designated areas. Engage with potential attendees to share information and answer questions about the conference. Hosting: Welcome and greet attendees as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist with registration and check-in processes. Provide directions and information about the conference schedule, sessions, and facilities. Ensure attendees feel comfortable and have a positive experience throughout the event. Organization: Assist in setting up and taking down event spaces, including arranging chairs, tables, and decorations. Help manage the flow of the event, ensuring sessions start and end on time. Support speakers and facilitators with any logistical needs. Monitor and replenish supplies, such as water, snacks, and informational materials. Address any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Positive attitude and a passion for serving others. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
