At A Purposeful Day, our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing them with a sense of daily purpose. We achieve this by offering opportunities for physical, social, emotional, and educational enrichment, emphasizing meaningful contributions to the community through volunteering.
Description
At A Purposeful Day, we come together on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM to cultivate a vibrant community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive. Through a range of enriching activities encompassing physical fitness, artistic expression, life skills development, and social engagement, we empower our members to lead fulfilling lives. Our commitment extends beyond our walls as we actively volunteer and collaborate with local non-profit organizations, offering our members meaningful opportunities to contribute to the broader community.
