Description
Council on Domestic Abuse, Inc is an organization serving Survivors of domestic violence in Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo Counties. We provide Emergency Shelter, outside case management, Rape Crisis Center services, Legal Advocacy and Education in these communities.
