Mission Statement
The mission of our 501(c)(3) organization is to preserve and celebrate the rich heritage of automotive and racing history while making a positive impact on Georgia's charitable organizations. Focus on safeguarding and promoting the legacy of automotive innovation, racing achievements, and cultural significance through curated exhibits, educational programs, and community events.
Description
Since 1990 we produced the 3-day annual internationally attended Atlanta Jazz Party, a publicly attended festival celebrating the rich American history of Jazz. A focal feature for this event has always been our family car, Old Blue. An original 1936 Ford "Fordor Standard" that could often be found on scene for photos and rides, This was operated under our entity The Atlanta Jazz Preservation Society. We suffered economic challenges and ceased the even in 2016. We turned our love for automotive and formed as an LLc organization in 2014 as Atlanta Mot oring Festival benefitting St. Jude Children’s research and have operated up to present day as an operating agent for ALSAC (ein 35-1044585) We’ve raised thousands of dollars for their cause and produce an annual event (5 years) at Roswell City Hall "The Roswell Motoring Festival benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital". Today we are forming this Non-Profit entity to campaign for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and other chosen charitable organizations that resonate with our board and our mission. To this point we are planning for a new annual 3-day event beginning spring 2025 at The Atlanta Athletic Club, Johns Creek, Georgia. In addition to our stated benefactors we intend to benefit The Johns Creek Veterans Association, The Athletic Club Heritage Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3)
