This app offers customers amazing perks and rewards at a wide range of stores within our network. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Explain the features and benefits of the Pointsgram app. - Assist customers with downloading and setting up the app. - Answer any questions and provide excellent customer service. - Collect feedback and report any issues to the team.
