Mission Statement
We foster community development with the power of screen-free play! Board games are great tools to build connections and personal skills, but can be expensive to buy and require large amounts of space to store and play. We lower the barriers to accessing these benefits by bringing resources to folks that could benefit from a game group.
Description
Broadly speaking, we work across San Diego to facilitate board gaming events that are designed to bring people together in communities that could benefit from them.
We host or lightly support game nights for organizations that represent or benefit underserved communities.
We collect and distribute board game donations to such organizations and communities.
We supply board games from our library on a check-in and check-out basis to organizations with a regular game night or board game needs.
We host commercial game nights at bars and breweries.
