Then we would love to have you as a Pet Therapy Hospice volunteer! This opportunity is available in our Windham, Bedford and Portsmouth, New Hampshire office areas. You can be one of our volunteers Therapy pets can provide emotional support for patients in end of life care and thereby contribute toward a better quality of life. Brookhaven Hospice volunteers are provided the preparation and training they need to comfortably and successfully complete their chosen assignments. These opportunities are located in the Portsmouth, Windham, and Bedford, New Hampshire areas. You can be one of our volunteers When you give us the precious gift of your time and interest, we give you a chance to make a real difference in someone’s life. Vigil volunteers are requested by family members and patients who want companionship during the dying process.
