Mission Statement

The mission of FIA-SGP is to help low-income, at-risk, and unhoused individuals obtain and retain resources to address their health, educational, housing, and workforce development needs. We do this through direct services, referrals, public education, and partnerships with community organizations.

Description

Faith in Action if the San Gorgonio Pass is a small grass roots commnity based organization that started in 2016 and recently has established offices and programs in Banning, Ca. the goal is to eliminate poverty and homelessness in the San gorgonio Pass so that everyone has te opportunity ti be self sufficient ad thrive. Our programs are grant dependent, but most focus on navigational services leading to equity and acess to resources. In 2022, FIA was named Non=Profit of the year by the Banning Chamber of Commerce. In 2023, FIA served over 1500 participants and opened a Rapid Rehousing program.
