The Well aims to transform lives, restore families, and build up communities by offering holistic mental health support that promote optimal health and wellness of the mind, body and spirit. We partner with community organizations to create customized programs that provide wellness & support to all who need it. We utilize a whole-person approach to providing mind, body and spiritual interventions aimed to reshape the lives of those who have experienced chronic stress, trauma and adversity. We have seen the pain and suffering of individuals, the impact this has on the family and the demand for more resources from their communities.
