Liga creates a safe, supportive space that promotes healthy youth development. Our programs bring together athletics, character development, academic support, and opportunities to build strong relationships with peers, family, and community.
Description
We offer fall, winter, and summer basketball leagues, each of which includes up to 32 teams. All players participate in one game per week. They also have the opportunity to participate in a weekly, drop-in clinic where they can develop their skills while building relationships with coaches and peers. In 2020, in response to the pandemic, we launched a track and field program. Due to its popularity, we are sustaining this program as an ongoing offering each spring. Our track and field program engages 50 to 75 youth annually.
