Description

Heartland Hospice has been providing support and care for people in the last phases of an incurable disease so that they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. We have been serving the mid-Michigan area for 20+ years. Our currently administrative office location is in Okemos, Michigan. We offer care to patients who live in their homes and in a verity of institutions in the area.
