Thriving Transmen of Color is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to community development, crisis intervention, mentorship, referrals, and networking opportunities for individuals facing severe deprivation. Our impact extends beyond racial and societal inequities, empowering community members to transcend their toughest circumstances and flourish.

TTMOC, led by black and brown trans people (both binary and nonbinary), offers support to individuals in need, prioritizing equity and inclusivity. Central to our initiatives is the promotion of community volunteerism among underprivileged individuals. By eliminating shame and promoting authenticity, we create opportunities for mutual growth and achievement.

Thriving Transmen of Color was founded to combat stigma against transgender people of color and demonstrate our community's immense potential through unity. We reject fear, trauma, and barriers that silence our members, striving to change perceptions and showcase our collective strength to the world. We are the National Black Trans Advocacy Coalition Community Impact Award recipients of 2024.
