MOUNTAIN MEMORIES ASSOCIATION

Description

Mountain Memories Association was established in 1968 with the goal of bringing medical services to the Mountain Communities. The annual fundraiser Fiesta Days began the same year. Enough funds were generated to eventually bring Hall ambulance to the area and help subsidize their costs for approximately 10 years. Since that time Mountain Memories has maintained dedication to the community and has provided monies to organizations that benefit the Health and Welfare of the Mountain Communities. Fiesta Days continues to be a traditional event that brings the community together and brings patrons from surrounding countries to enrich local commerce. The organization also took on 2 other traditional annual events for the community: the Mountain Communities Holiday Faire & Fantasy of Lights Parade in 2018 and the Ridge Route Run car show in 2022.
