Our Hospice Care is by your side. Our Hospice Care allows patients and families to focus on the things that matter the most - time with loved ones and sharing conversations with family and friends. We treat the whole person - mind, body and spirit - and bringing comfort, compassion and closure for patients and their families. We specialize in honoring life and offering dignity to those are facing a life-limiting illness. Our volunteer program provides our patients with companionship and many other valuable requests each patient may have. Hospice Volunteers are essential to our care team and families as well. We offer Veteran-to-Veteran opportunities and participate in the National We Honor Veterans programs. As with most of our care team and volunteers, when we help someone else. we're the ones who end up with the blessing!" We also participate in a patient's last wish and make certain that request is granted!
