In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records and information related to rescued dogs, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization. Responsibilities: Enter data from various sources into the organization's database or spreadsheet system. Update and maintain records of rescued dogs, including intake information, medical records, behavior assessments, and adoption status. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information and resolving discrepancies Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Passion for animal welfare and commitment to the mission of the rescue organization. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload. Availability to work on-site or remotely, depending on organizational needs.

Looking for Fosters for Our Rescues We are seeking dedicated individuals or families to provide loving homes for our rescued animals until a permanent adopter is found. We save from euthanasia. The average fostering period is 4-6 weeks, though this can vary. All of our animals are up to date on their vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered. By fostering, you’ll be giving these animals the chance to thrive in a safe and loving environment while they await their forever home. If you're passionate about making a difference in an animal's life, we'd love to have you on board! Pep's Pals Rescue provides food and all supplies.
