Mission Statement
Our mission is to brighten lives of children in hospitals, clinics, special needs homes, and public libraries. We do this by creating and deploying animated, whimsical, child-friendly displays that "kids of all ages" activate at the push of a button.
Description
Started in 2015, we are a 100% volunteer charity that has a huge impact. Having grown to serving, year-round, twenty-two loations (e.g. Duke and UNC Children's Hospitals, Ronald McDonald Houses, many public libraries), we are now bringing over 300,000 "smiles" (button presses) a year to kids needing encouragement. Each custom-made display is unique, with a welcoming theme such as state fairs, outer space, Pirates of the Caraibbean, Ancient Eqypt, and the Wizard of Oz. We'd like to grow beyond our current geographical area and some short videos would be key to that.
