Our mission is to ignite awareness, foster education, and champion advocacy to foster a world free from hate. Through collaborative efforts, we strive to empower our community and catalyze global transformation towards equality and acceptance.

IDEA is a non-profit organization dedicated to challenging systemic barriers, injustice, discrimination, bias, inequality and outright hate that is found today towards BIPoC and LGBTQ+ members. We work to bring awareness, educate, advocate, and bring change to our community and the world.
