You will be making a tremendous impact on the welfare of cats in Southern California. We have rescued senior cats (which our rescue has an affinity for) as well as mama cats and kittens and cats that have faced neglect or abuse or are dealing with illnesses. Since we were established as a rescue in 2008, we have found homes for around 343 cats while taking in and rehabilitating close to 456! If you plan to go into animal welfare as a profession, the first hand experience you will receive as well as the crucial change you will be making for cats suffering will be invaluable.
