Choice Hospice is a high quality, comprehensive palliative program dedicated to promoting comfort and quality of life for clients and families facing illness. In recognition that facing a life-limiting disease is a much more than a physical experience, Choice Hospice utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to provide a service for clients and families. As human beings, we experience emotional, spiritual, and physical losses during the dying process. Through meeting the needs of patients and families, we strive to enable individuals to live life to the fullest and help the families to adjust to life after loss.
