VISION and MISSION Shall be to improve the Quality of Life and Economic Development of the Central Avenue Area and its Territory of Operation This mission shall be accomplished by promoting; youth education, improving family structure and stability, promoting neighborhood enhancement and maintenance in addition to economic development. Our method is to lead by example in promoting culture, facilitating entrepreneurship, and increasing business growth within the association's territory

La Placita is a bi-monthly Market at Bethany Park and it features vendors, entertainment, and the opportunity for members of the community to connect.
Each year C.A.B.A. sponsors a student program funded in part by a Board of Public Utilities Grant. This summer’s program is designed for Central Avenue Area students who are currently completing their junior year at either Wyandotte, Sumner, Bishop Ward or Harmon high schools.

The FreeWheels road to youth empowerment begins with bicycles and extends out into the reaches of our greater Kansas City Community.

The Toolbox is the go-to resource for everything small business in Wyandotte County, Kansas.

We provide free support with planning, registering, funding, operating, and growing your business.
