Your Role as Facebook Group Manager As the Facebook Group Manager, you will be the heart of our online community, ensuring that the group is a welcoming, informative, and engaging space for all members. You will work closely with our team to create content, facilitate discussions, and maintain a positive atmosphere where parents can find support and resources to help their children thrive. Key Responsibilities Moderation: Monitor posts and comments to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all members, enforcing group rules and addressing inappropriate behavior. Support Members: Respond to member questions, encourage participation, and create a space where parents feel comfortable sharing experiences and supporting one another. Resource Sharing: Regularly share resources, articles, and tools that are helpful to parents and young adults navigating this journey, such as career development tips, financial advice, and emotional wellbeing resources. Collaborative Work: Work with our team to align group activities with our broader mission of helping young adults achieve career and personal success. What We’re Looking For Experience with Facebook Group Management: Familiarity with managing Facebook groups, including posting, moderating, and using group management tools. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and positively, with a focus on encouraging group interaction. Organization: Ability to stay on top of group activity and ensure the group runs smoothly. Passion for Supporting Parents and Young Adults: A genuine interest in fostering a supportive, engaged community where families can find encouragement and guidance. Creative Mindset: Comfortable creating content that encourages discussion, sharing helpful resources, and keeping the group dynamic. This is a volunteer position, ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and outreach while supporting education professionals. Your Responsibilities Create promotional materials - Develop flyers, emails, and social media content that highlight the value of these webinars. Manage social media campaigns - Post engaging content, interact with followers, and build an online presence. Conduct outreach - Connect with school administrators, educational organizations, and professional networks to spread the word. Monitor and improve engagement - Track participation trends and refine marketing strategies for greater impact.
