Women's National Book Association, San Francisco chapter is dedicated to advocating for diversity, inclusion, and creativity within the literary world.

Description

Founded in 1967 by Effie Lee Morris, WNBA-San Francisco, WNBA-SF is chapter of Women's National Book Association, founded in 1917 by women booksellers whose gender prohibited them from membership in the American Booksellers Association (ABA) and the Booksellers’ League. Our membership has members who are literary agents, book sellers, authors, book publicists, librarians, and book store owners. We are women in the world of words.
