Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist/Manager to help drive awareness and engagement for the RiseUp Wealth Summit. This volunteer will be instrumental in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and implementing strategies to draw traffic that converts into ticket sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with the Summit’s theme and mission. - Monitor and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Interact with followers to build a community of supporters and potential attendees. - Analyze social media performance and recommend adjustments for maximum impact. - Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. This critical role supports the mission of Legacy Lives Here Inc. by securing funding to sustain and expand our programs, such as the RiseUp Wealth Summit, Operation: Toys4Kids, and youth empowerment initiatives. Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and charitable contributions. - Develop compelling and customized grant proposals aligned with funders’ requirements and our mission. - Collaborate with the program team to gather relevant data and materials to support grant applications. - Maintain a calendar of submission deadlines and manage timely submission of grant applications and reports. - Build and nurture relationships with foundations, corporate sponsors, and individual donors. - Work closely with the leadership team to align grant opportunities with organizational priorities. Position Overview As an Event Fundraiser/Sponsorship Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the RiseUp Wealth Summit 2025 by securing the financial and sponsorship support necessary to bring this impactful event to life. This is a volunteer position ideal for individuals passionate about financial empowerment, community building, and event fundraising. Key Responsibilities Sponsorship Development: Identify, research, and engage potential corporate and community sponsors aligned with Legacy Lives Here Inc.'s mission. Fundraising Campaigns: Design and execute creative fundraising initiatives to attract individual and organizational donors. Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and donors, ensuring regular communication and acknowledgment of their contributions.
