Empower Healthcare’s mission is to help the residents of the Glades community in Palm Beach County to "Break the Chains of the Past to Reimage a Healthier Future"
Description
Empower Healthcare is a service-based organization that is committed to strengthening the community by increasing their access to healthcare regardless of having the ability to pay. We offer primary care services, women's health, the prevention of cancer and HIV that can be accessed in our clinic, via virtual visits or house calls. We are also dedicated to disease prevention through compassionate patient focused medical services provided by advanced practice nurse practitioners, free health educational seminars, and chronic disease management programs.
