We are a newly formed nonprofit organization that addresses the following needs for women of all ages in the community.
Empowerment, support, education, health and wellness, networking mentorship, community engagement and self-care.

Women Uphill, Inc. was created to tackle many needs that women face every day. I am a wife and working mother of 2. Sometimes I don’t know how I am going to get through my day with all the tasks at hand. There was a time in my life where I became frustrated and angry at the world and just couldn’t figure out why. I stopped going to the gym and being as active as I used to be simply because there just wasn’t enough time in a day to put into that. I got myself a therapist to help me focus mentally and was told that I was suffering from depression. I couldn’t believe it, depression was the furthest thing from my mind. Therapy helped me get back to myself. My therapist helped me take control over my 24 hours so that I could not only take care of my family but my health physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Women Uphill, Inc. was created to do the same. It’s supportive community to give women the tools and resources they need to take their life back. We will help one another become healthy again as physically, mentally and emotionally. Some programs we will offer are Fitness classes, wellness workshops, women’s running clubs, outdoor adventure retreats, mind-body wellness programs, health screenings and wellness days, virtual fitness programs, and much more.
