Long-Term Care Ombudsman advocates for excellence in long-term care services and supports wherever consumers live. We advocate for quality of care and quality of life.
Description
Ombudsmen volunteers visit with residents in nursing homes and assisted livings. They are a regular presence and a familiar face to residents and staff. They assist Specialists with complaints and requests concerning their rights and their care.
