Mission Statement

NOCIRC of Michigan, Inc. is a nonprofit, consumer rights advocacy group that educates people about circumcision and the benefits of intact genitals. We inform parents, healthcare providers, and educators in Michigan about the impact of circumcision on children and the proper care of normal genitals. We protect consumers from fraudulent medical claims. We actively promote the benefits of normal genitals and foreskin restoration.

Description

NOCIRC of Michigan was formed in 1994 as the state chapter of the National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers. Since 2016, we have operated as an independent, nonprofit corporation. We are a tax-exempt, 501(c)3 educational organization run by children's health activists.

We staff information booths at 12 to 16 events every year, including professional conferences, public health fairs, baby shows, universities, and Pride festivals throughout Michigan. We answer questions and provide free information pamphlets and resources about the effects of circumcision and the proper care of intact genitals.
