The mission of The EPICENTER is to empower people, strengthen families, and build a sense of community and trust in the places we're planted in.

Description

The EPICENTER is a nonprofit that started as a community center in 2013, in the heart of Edgewood MD. We've since opened another location in Aberdeen and have expanded our programs to include a thrift store, called Tabitha's House in Fallston and Edgewood.

We focus in a few areas to serve our communities best: Youth, Health, Life Skills and Recovery. We partner with friends, families, and organizations to provide a variety of resources and opportunities. Our buildings hold events, before and after school care, food pantries, case management, thrift stores and more. We're also open throughout the week, offering a safe and welcoming common space for community members to work, study, or enjoy a hot cup of coffee with friends.

Whatever walk of life or season someone is in, we're here for them and want to walk alongside so they can reach their next steps towards a transforming life.
