Mission Statement
Imagine Heritage Non-Profit's mission is to take up long-term actions that have an immediate influence on the field and that mobilize local communities, promoting all aspects of cultural heritage. Aims of the organization: To create and expand in whole Europe the network and platform of an Open Heritage association of different entities that would form a movement. To build an independent organism of European cultural citizenship in dynamic evolution, shaping and determine decisions, actions, policies To focus on the multidimensional reuse of heritage as one dynamic ecosystem (human & nature as one system) developing activities where the quality of life for all would be the highest value of what means Open Heritage Globally To transform the Heritage wealth to a source of an unstoppable education for all the social groups To build a realistic vision of coexistence between edupreneurship, culture heritage, volunteering and new cosmopolitan citizenship
Description
- In 2023 Imagine Heritage initiated, organized & executed a Culture Educational Green Project entitled "MATI23718", with partners GreenFundGreece and Municipality of Kifissia.
- Initiation, founding and participation in the international consortium HeritageFuture, a collaborative force dedicated to preserving cultural heritage, advancing green initiatives and empowering communities internationally
- Creation of Edheroes Greece Hub after the collaboration with EdHeroes with the goal of advancing quality education (SDG 4)
- Imagine Heritage is initiating the "Therapeutic Music Project for Children with Special Needs" with the synergy of "Culture Break Borders" . The management of the grant of the Active citizens fund program for Greece have been jointly undertaken by the Bodosaki Foundation and the SolidarityNow.
