Mission Statement

Creek View Hospice provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, and spiritual care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness. Our care puts an emphasis on enhancing quality of life. The hospice program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for patients. Services are centered toward patients, their families, and their caregivers, allowing patients to remain comfortable in familiar surroundings. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our patients and their loved ones by providing meaningful end-of-life experiences, compassionate care, comfort, and peace.
