Our mission statement: Our non-profit organization is committed to building and supporting school cultures grounded in "whole-child principles" centered on a student's well-being to support academic development and success. We support work from partners to create more significant opportunities for communities to pursue higher education by providing educational workshops, reforming teacher well-being, and advocacy initiatives that enhance knowledge and foster community building in public education.

Additionally, to reform teacher well-being, improve job performance and job satisfaction, and boost retention for teachers of all backgrounds.
