Mission Statement
he SCFFL Foundation is committed to helping better the lives of children, youth groups and school programs in our community. We pledge to use the multiple resources and community links to bring together businesses and friends from all walks of life in an effort to make a positive change in those children's lives.
Description
This year will be another very special event as we are again helping the 22q Family Foundation and the "Skills of Life Café", but the SCFFL Foundation is also launching its own Grant writing to support our promising youth from the Santa Cruz and Pajaro Valley area with great athletic abilities but who might not be able to pursue their sport activity due to financial hardship. Our goal is to keep these young high performing athletes pursue their endeavor.
Along with the 22q Family Foundation, we have added another beneficiary to last year's fundraiser. "Skills of Life Café" is a non-profit Santa Cruz local organization who teaches people with mild to moderate mental disabilities to learn skills allowing them to find and keep employment.
