Hope Adult Day has been proudly serving a diverse group of individuals in the heart of North Minneapolis, with a mission to inform everyone about the opportunities it offers. Our center is dedicated to encouraging elderly and disabled adults to step out of their homes and become active members of the community.
Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can engage in meaningful activities, socialize with others, and enrich their lives. We believe that by participating in our programs and services, individuals can break the isolation of staying at home and enjoy the benefits of community involvement
