We’re looking for a Volunteer Social Media Content Creator & Engagement Specialist who will take our social media presence to the next level. You’ll be the voice and heartbeat of our digital community, crafting compelling content, building an authentic presence, and inviting others to believe in (and support) our mission. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement a content strategy to grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and other relevant platforms. Create and post visually compelling, mission-aligned content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, and carousels) that highlight our programs, stories, and impact. Increase engagement by initiating and responding to comments, messages, and shares with a warm, mission-driven voice. Collaborate with our team to tell powerful stories-featuring volunteers, program participants, partners, and more. Work with brand team to develop a strategic plan Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting rhythm. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to continuously improve reach and impact. Help us create social campaigns around major initiatives (e.g., events, raining programs, donation drives, etc.). What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing social media for a brand, nonprofit, or campaign-with results to show for it (please include links!). Deep understanding of platform trends, best practices, and storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube. Strong design sense and/or video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar. A voice and tone that are relatable, engaging, inclusive, and aligned with our mission. Passion for inclusion, neurodiversity, and creating real social impact. Self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience working with nonprofits or social causes!
