Youth Villages

Mission Statement

Youth Villages’ mission and values are more than words on paper for us. They are what we live by as an organization and as individuals. We ask that all of our employees, teacher counselors to directors, incorporate these into their working belief systems. As you read through our mission and values you will see examples of what they mean to us. We ask that you evaluate yourself as you review each concept to determine how you can begin to integrate each into your daily work; as well as, how you see each actually playing out on a daily basis for you. Our Mission Youth Villages helps children and families live successfully.
