To empower and educate individuals who are blind or visually impaired (BVI) to safely and confidently experience the world of fun and socialization with other BVI persons and the community of Oahu in a safe and controlled environment.
Description
Travel Visions for the Blind is on a mission to illuminate the world for the visually impaired. Established in 2022, we’re the sole nonprofit dedicated to fostering empowerment and connection among the blind and visually impaired community in O’ahu. Through structured outdoor activities, we address feelings of loneliness, isolation, and diminished physical health, ultimately improving the quality of life for our participants. Join us on this transformative journey, where every step is a testament to resilience, independence, and community.
