TITLE: Graphic Designer STATUS: Volunteer, Part-Time, 1-2 Projects/Month LOCATION: Virtual/Remote REPORTS TO: Creative Director PURPOSE: We are looking for a skilled and creative Volunteer Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission through visual communication, having the opportunity to collaborate with our organization on various design projects. We are looking for individuals who can commit to 1-2 projects per month. We will ask you to provide an online portfolio demonstrating your creative, design, and software skills. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to assist us on a part-time (1-2 projects per month) in achieving the following objectives: Design clear, engaging graphic communications for print and the web. This may include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed. Create eye-catching and compelling visual materials that effectively convey our message and values. Assist in maintaining and evolving our brand identity through consistent use of design elements, colors, and typography across all materials. Able to work independently and collaboratively managing team feedback and incorporating changes into designs to create the finished collateral. Deliver designs within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining a high level of quality and active team communication throughout the process. Stay up to date with the latest social trends and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of graphic design and layout experience. Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ability to format digital media files to meet the needs of the project. Competence with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and Dropbox

TITLE: Social Media Coordinator STATUS: Volunteer, Part-Time, 1-2hrs/week LOCATION: Virtual/Remote REPORTS TO: Creative Director PURPOSE: We are looking for someone who is excited about social media and content-creation! A Social Media Coordinator assists our team by assisting with social media management, content creation, content research, platform monitoring, analysis, and more. Our social media presence is vital in supporting our nonprofit’s vision of ending human trafficking in the United States. We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to assist us on a part-time (1-2 hours per week) in achieving the following objectives: Responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with our followers. Work closely with our team to develop and implement social media campaigns to promote events and create awareness of Blue Heart Alliance. Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of social media analytics tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience with graphic design software such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite Competence with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Dropbox
