Description

Community Connections has been supporting children, families, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1985 and is the only organization providing 24/7 comprehensive services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a five-county region of Southwest Colorado including Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan Counties.
