Successful Communities invests donated resources to rehabilitate forgotten neighborhoods in turn creating safe refuge for those seeking safety, opportunity, and the American Dream. Successful Communities leads a coalition of non-profit organizations and local agencies to provide social services to help people start over, become self-sufficient, and integrate with their new community.
