Mission Statement
Omni Community Alliance is a 501(c)3 organization that was created to end homelessness in our community and build economic growth. Our purpose is to effectively collaborate resources for individuals, families, youth 18-24, Veterans, Low income and no income, and homeless residents in the community with the partnering local, state, and federal agencies that assist with funding and grant opportunities and distribution of funds.
Description
The mission of Omni Community Alliance is to eradicate homelessness. To provide public education about the problem of homelessness and the real-time solutions and strategies that can streamline clients into the centralized system (HMIS) and UNITE the US, a platform that sends and receives referrals from integrated agencies and service providers through Kaiser Permanente statewide. Our vision for the community effectively assesses and identifies the unsheltered transitional youth 18-24, Veterans, and families with children with core elements of effective street outreach and engagement, that result in transitioning into stable housing. The goal is to connect with tailored services that support their choice and unique circumstances.
