Champion Hospice

Description

At Champion hospice, we strive to make patients end of life journey as seamless and connected as possible. We use a multidisciplinary approach to ensure patient’s spiritual, physical and emotional needs are met at the end of life. it is our goal to make sure that patients have comfort not only for themselves, but also for their families. We hope to do this by utilizing multiple services including volunteers, who can spend time and enrich their lives through various activities and hobbies, such as music, pets, art reading and reminiscing in the things that matter most.
