The Giving Closet Project is an innovative, teacher-created nonprofit aimed at helping PreK-12 students living in poverty by providing basic essentials needed to be more successful students. Our "quiet giving" process allows professionals working with students in need the chance to submit referrals for clothing, shoes and hygiene products through our website. Our volunteers help sort clothes and fill care packages with clothing outfits, shoes and hygiene for children in need. Giving Closet Project has helped to clothe thousands of children so they can go to school with appropriate clothes and dignity.
