Mission Statement

World United Mission Statement Our mission is to end war, halt climate change, and reduce the threat of new technology. Sounds like a lot, but here’s the thing. We’re getting the whole world involved.

Description

We believe that an international legal system is absolutely necessary to deal with the major global issues facing all of us today. The New world Federation will enact enforceable laws where necessary to save the planet from destruction. No more toothless treaties and false promises that are rarely fulfilled - while the planet literally burns. We believe that this is the only effective path forward. Nations will naturally continue to maintain sovereignty over all domestic issues.

The United Nations, while well-meaning and effective in some areas, has failed in its primary mission - "to maintain peace and security among nations." Conventional wars continuously break out with the threat of nuclear escalation an ever-present existential threat. And new, existential threats - like the climate crisis - have emerged since then that the UN has no power to regulate.

It is time to establish a democratic World Federation.
