Mission Statement

We are breaking boundaries and building Black Female futures by pioneering a transformative model: integrating financial, academic, and psychosocial support to empower Black women in STEM for academic and career success.

We uniquely address the pipeline and pathway problem for Black women in STEM. We help Black college women breaking into tech share, learn, and get hired.

  • Nearly 50% of Black women drop out of STEM majors by sophomore year.

We prepare them with the technical skill set, inclusive leadership skills, and cultural competency to meet the demands of the emergent workforce. From Nairobi, Kenya to Atlanta, GA we are building a community that the world has never seen.
