Our mission to ensure the health and biodiversity of wild macroalgae ecosystems in the nearshore coastal zones of the American Pacific.

Description

AltaSeads Conservancy develops and maintains gametophyte seed banks of kelps for west coast species. Our seedbank will enable kelp restoration and successful farming. We are engaged into kelp restoration, breeding, farming, education and outreach.
