Mission Statement
We are a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting safety and awareness in the cycling community. Too many lives have been lost to poor regulations, inadequate road signage, and lack of awareness of cyclists on the road. It's time to put a stop to this. We want change and we know we can make a difference.
Description
Our first priority is road safety. Our pledge is to make our roadways a safer place to bike.
In addition to road safety, significant improvements for the safety of cyclists can be achieved by enhancing bicycle safety education, increasing helmet use, implementing and using bicycle facilities, and community involvement to promote bicycle safety.
Advocacy is the final pillar of our organization. In metropolitan Phoenix, bicycle laws do exist and they are designed to protect cyclists on the road. Howeer, limited funds and education often prevent the enforcement of these laws.
