The Washington Talking Book & Braille Library builds community and provides equitable access to information and reading materials for Washington residents unable to read standard print.

Description

Volunteering at the Washington Talking Book & Braille Library makes a difference in people’s lives! More than 125 people donate over 7,500 hours each year to assist in making various library programs available. WTBBL is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment that recognizes diversity and cultural competence as integral components of excellence. We invite volunteers to contribute to that goal and believe our environment is enhanced when diverse groups of people with diverse ideas come together to collaborate.
